After School Program (Osprey NEST)
Registration for the 2021-2022 Osprey NEST After School Program will open at 7:15 am on Friday, May 7.
Registration forms will be available in the front office on the morning of registration. A digital copy will be posted on the OPES website at 6:30 am on Friday, May 7. To prevent early registration attempts, forms will not be available until Friday, May 7. It will be under the PARENTS tab as its own link: NEST After School Registration Form.
All forms must be submitted in person to the front office. Registration forms will NOT be accepted before 7:15 am on Friday, May 7. Any completed form left at the office before registration officially opens will be returned without being processed.
**When turning in your form(s) please include the registration fee of $30.00 per student. We accept checks/money orders made out to OPES or cash (exact change only). The NEST does not accept electronic payments (debit cards, credit cards, Venmo, etc).
Current NEST participants who wish to continue in the program MUST register each year. Current participants do not get special consideration for next year. Enrollments are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Current NEST participants with a past due balance will not be permitted to register until their account is brought up to date.
Turning in a registration form does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All families who submit a form will be notified of their registration status in writing after school has dismissed for the summer. Students accepted into the program must pay the non-refundable $30 registration fee. Students placed on the waitlist will only be required to pay the registration fee if/when a space becomes available.
