GCSS to Close Thursday Due to Tropical Storm Nicole

Schools will remain closed on Friday, Nov. 11 in observance of the Veterans Day holiday; however, Glynn County School System employees scheduled to work on Friday should report to work on Friday. Schools will dismiss on their normal schedules today, and buses will run their normal routes. After-school and extracurricular programs will operate on normal schedules today, as well. If conditions allow, all schools will resume on Monday, Nov. 14.

The safety of our students and staff is paramount to any and all other considerations, and we will keep you abreast of any new information as it becomes available through One Call, our district website, our Facebook page and our media partners.
